I've been pretty quiet in here over the last few m I've been pretty quiet in here over the last few months due to a pause in online activities because my wife and I joined forces to open a new wellness center in our home town in Ojai California. Our goal was to create a physical space where people could come to experience all of the different aspects of our work including meditation, yoga, nutrition, acupuncture, functional medicine, holistic beauty, herbal medicine, and so much more. AND, our vision included creating a home and headquarters to host our online programs and anchor them in a real, local, and global community. We have been working double time to weave all threads together, and we are excited to announce that enrollment for our first program of 2020 is now open. Those of you who know us know that our approach is to address all areas of your health and life, not just chase symptoms. We know you want to improve your energy, balance hormones, restore vitality and focus to your life, and improve sleep, digestion, and mood. In order to cover all of that, we need to begin to restore our connection to our natural rhythms, so the body's innate healing mechanisms can come back online. We'll spend 9 weeks together focused on Wellness for the Winter season, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, rest and sleep cycle, and so much more. As this is our first program of 2020, and our first hybrid online/live program, we are offering it at a massive discount. We have literally never offered a program like this for this low of a price, but we sincerely want to help as many of you as possible, and we are inspired to build meaningful connections between our local and online communities.
