Immune-Boosting Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp Essential Medicina Seasons Change spiced latte powder
2 shakes ground cinnamon
1 cup steamed almond milk

1. Add maple syrup, Seasons Change powder, cinnamon, and 1/4 cup of steamed almond milk to mug and whisk to dissolve.

2. Top off with remainder of steamed almond milk.

3. Optional: Add a shot of espresso and top with a maple caramel sauce.
